Palm Springs: Paninsula French Pastries & Koffi

I love a good French pastry with my Koffi! And I’ve been hearing about this French bakery in the desert for months!
Hidden in a nook of a shopping mall off of Hwy 111, Paninsula pastries showcases an array of French delicatables that are ‘tres bien!’
Helen, the owner, has a beautiful French accent. She told me that all pastries baked with real flour from France and real butter from Europe.
My croissant was light, crisp, and oh so flaky.
I splurged a bit and tried the caramel praline pastry which Helen said is a best seller… and I can see why! Just sweet enough with the perfect caramel praline crunch.
A great companion to my iced Koffi!
