Prova. I have been salivating for weeks at the pizza’s on Prova’s Instagram!
And having my Italian roots come from Bari… I just had to stop in and finally give them a try!

Prova … The art of Pizza .. Bari, Naples.. And I guess they just had to add the Sicilians to complete southern triad!
I ordered the “Calabrese Picante” with out the peppers.
The gluten free crust was crisp and light. I loved the slightly burnt edges which transported me to Bari on a hot summer night.
It’s pairs well with a good Peroni! Prova .. The Art Of Pizza is a must!
