What’s for lunch? Breakfast… And not exactly brunch at Eggslut at Grand Central Market in Downtown Los Angeles.

I haven’t been to Grand Central market in DTLA since the remodel. In fact the last time I was down here was the day after my 40th birthday and I had the Birria tacos!

I’ve been hearing lots of chatter about Eggslut, and I finally got a chance to try it out! Of course I had the famous ‘slut’ a coddled egg over puréed potatoes with a baguette! Interesting indeed! Who doesn’t love eggs and potatoes?
