What’s For Lunch? VietNoodle

Since I found myself working in Atwater Village, I decided to have lunch at my absolute favorite noodle shop: VietNoodle.

I’ve taken many of my friends to this gem on Glendale Blvd! All noodles are made in house and everything is clean and organic. I love eating at the long communal tables. And of course anyplace that has books is the right place for me!

The Pho’s at VietNoodle are great and I especially like the fish Pho. But, today I was looking for something tangy and I chose the lemongrass beef which is my favorite dish overall! Homemade noodle, tangy lemongrass peppered beef, in a light broth. Absolute yum! And of course don’t forget the Siracha!

A must try if you are in Atwater Village! They also have several vegan options.

The owner is nice and hospitable, he also did tell me he is added a second location on Pico.
