What’s for brunch: Edendale Fried Green Tomato BLT

It’s summer….. And that means…. Fried Green Tomatoes!

I must admit … The mere sound of green tomatoes made me cringe until I had them at Edendale several years ago in an arugula salad with prawns … Immediately I was addicted!

Now they serve a fried green tomato BLT with an egg… Simply amazing and a must try!
