What’s For Dinner: Red O Newport Beach
Somehow I found myself in Newport beach, my old stomping grounds! Red O was our dinner destination due to the beautiful aesthetics. I asked out waiter if Rick Bayless was working making “que rico guacamole,” and he said he wasn’t but did make an appearance on a conference call earlier that day!
The Skinny O margarita was delish and super strong!
But paired well with the habanero salsa, that probably burned off my taste buds!
The oysters were fresh and buttery !
But the queso fundito with chorizo was definitely the crowd favorite!
And the camarones con ajo completed out dinner!
